Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Pizza

This is an easy and quick snack idea!

First, you will need to start with a pizzza crust- here, I used Glutino brand, frozen personal sized GF crusts.
Second, a Dairy-Free Vegan cheese, here I have used Vegan Gourmet Mozzarella. It melts, but will not be as stretchy as regular mozzarella. But it is still very good on a little pizza like this!


INGREDIENTS:

Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
Dairy-Free Mozzarella, grated
Pepperoni
Pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
Green Onion, sliced
Green Bell Pepper, sliced/ chopped
Sliced roma tomato
Avacado, sliced (optional)
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Place the crust onto a pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Spoon on the pizza or spaghetti sauce.


Layer on the mozzarella cheese.



Now add the remaining ingredients; pepperoni, sliced tomato, green onions and bell pepper.



Give it few shakes of crushed red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper, if you like it.


Put it in the heated oven, for between 9 to 12 minutes, or untill cheese "melts" and turns golden.

Let pizza rest for five minutes before cutting.

If you are using the avacado, now's the time to top your pizza with that!
Cut it into little slices using a  Pizza wheel. Or this new hand-held pizza cutter.

 And that's it! Pizza is served!
