Thanks to our French friends, try out this delicious flan with plums, a regional speciality.

Mix together the flour, the sugar and the vanilla sugar.
Add the eggs and mix well, then add the melted butter.
Pour gradually the milk, mixing well. Then, add the plums.
Pour the batter into a greased mould.
Bake 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
There you are, your "Far Breton" is ready !
