Gluten free lady fingers - Video recipe!
Pretty hard to bake a nice Charlotte or a Tiramisu when you have a gluten free diet. But with this recipe, bake your own lady fingers, and enjoy them in a cake or simply with a cup of coffee!

Preparation
Take the yolks out of the egg whites. Whisk the whites, gradually adding the sugar.
The whites should be stiff and form peaks.
Add the yolks and quickly whisk until they are fully combined. Don't whisk too long though.
Sift the corn flour on the batter, then gently combine it without "crushing" the whites.
Form the lady fingers using a piping bag on a baking tray.
Sprinkle icing sugar on them. Wait 2 minutes, and do it again.
Bake 11 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
There you are, your gluten free lady fingers are ready!
