This French far breton is a delicious dessert, and can even be bake for dairy or gluten intolerants. Here is the recipe!

Ingredients

Number of serving: 8
3/4 cup rice flour

1/4 cup sugar


2 cups almond milk

7 oz pitted dried plums

1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Gluten free and dairy free plum flan
    Combine rice flour with sugar, salt and eggs.
  • Step 2 - Gluten free and dairy free plum flan
    Then, gradually add the almond milk while stirring.
  • Step 3 - Gluten free and dairy free plum flan
    Add the plums and pour the batter into a cake pan.
  • Step 4 - Gluten free and dairy free plum flan
    Bake 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 5 - Gluten free and dairy free plum flan
    There you are, your gluten and dairy free plum flan is ready!
