This French far breton is a delicious dessert, and can even be bake for dairy or gluten intolerants. Here is the recipe!
Preparation

Combine rice flour with sugar, salt and eggs.

Then, gradually add the almond milk while stirring.

Add the plums and pour the batter into a cake pan.

Bake 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
