Gluten-free and dairy-free plum flan
It’s not easy to find a dessert that suits those who are allergic or intolerant to milk and gluten... Fortunately, alternatives exist! This recipe for gluten-free and dairy-free far breton with prunes proves just that. An easy and equally delicious version so that everyone can enjoy a slice of cake at the end of the meal ;-)

Mix the rice flour, sugar, and salt with the eggs.
Then, gradually add the almond milk while mixing.
Add the prunes and pour the mixture into a cake pan.
Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Let cool completely before unmolding.
And there you have it, your gluten-free and dairy-free plum flan is ready!
Observations
Possible additions: make your far breton with prunes even tastier by adding vanilla or other spices ;-)
