Goode & Gooseberry Project: Hearty Pork Chop Dinner

Today's Goode & Gooseberry Patch Project recipe is Hearty Pork Chop Dinner.


This is a yummy new way to have pork chops in the Goode house.  Two thumbs way up!


Start by putting a little oil in a skillet and brown up your boneless chops


Give 'em a little seasoning first... in true early 90s fashion salt- N- pepa


And flip


Now slice up an onion and toss some rings on top


Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl near you, take 1/4 cup brown sugar


Add in some sketti sauce


Mix 'er up and pour it on top of your chops


Cover and cook up for 45 minutes... and it will be sooo worth it. Those chops will be oh so tender!


Meanwhile grab that glorious micro-cooker and cook ya up some pasta.


Now uncover that glorious smellin' skillet


And plate up baby!


Yum!
