Greenhouse at The Ritz Carlton

Part 2 of my boss's birthday celebration - A group of 16 ladies including my boss went for the Asian Seafood Buffet at Greenhouse @ The Ritz Carlton, which is having DBS card 1 for 1 ladies night promotion on every Wednesday (valid till End Mar 2010). That's a pretty good offer as after discount is about S$35 nett per pax. There were a total of about 15-16 stations - Seafood on ice, Live sushi & sashimi, Selections of Chawan Mushi, Appetizer, Miniatures, Salad Bar, Bread rolls & crackers, Soup, Vegetarian, Carving of roasted meat, SEA curry, Live Ramen, Cheese, Hot selections, Fruits, Desserts and Ice cream. I didn't eat or try much of the food nor dessert that evening as I was busying taking photos for my colleagues. (Haha... trying to make full use of my uncle's DSLR!)

The buffet spread was not too bad and since it's a buffet there's tend to be some hits and misses. The hits would be the handroll, butter prawns, chilli crabs, breads, tiramisu, choc block brownies and lemon mousse. All are must try!

Though this was not the best buffet I been too thus far as I had gone to better ones but for this promotion price we had no complaint. I especially adored the dessert and bread station. To compare with the other buffets I been too, they offered a pretty good selection of bread and cakes, most of them were yummy. However, it's just impossible to try all...
