Heart Healthy Spinach & Salmon Salad
With so many calorie laden foods this Holiday, why not start the meal with a heart healthy Spinach and Salmon Salad.
8 oz of baby spinach leaves 3/4 cup of frozen corn (thawed and drained) 1/2 red pepper (chopped) 2 tablespoons chopped, toasted pecans 8 oz. boneless, skinless salmon filet, sliced (grilled or canned and drained) In a bowl, toss all ingredients. Add 2 tablespoons low-fat vinaigrette salad dressing and toss gently. COOKS NOTE: Add tomatoes, berries and yellow peppers for a different twist as we did in our picture. related searches : Heart
