Prepare the shortcrust pastry: sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl, add the sugar, whole egg, yolk, and chopped soft butter.
Knead the ingredients until the dough is smooth, form into a loaf and let it rest in the refrigerator wrapped in plastic wrap for 45 minutes.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry: let the dough rest at room temperature for 5 minutes; in the meantime, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Then roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 3-4 mm.
Cut the shortcrust pastry according to the size of the molds, butter them and line them with the pastry, pressing well on the bottom and edges. Trim off excess and spread strawberry jam evenly, leveling it thoroughly.
Remold the scraps of shortcrust pastry, roll them out again, and cut out hearts with a pastry cutter; lay one in the center of each tartlet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown. Take the tarts out of the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
