I Got Some Agave

Today at the grocery store I got some agave nectar! I have heard about it  a lot and have heard it is better for you than sugar, so I deiced to get some to use instead of honey. It is often used as a replacement for honey, so it is usually near the honey at the grocery store. It comes in a cool squeeze bottle.



I have heard about using agave in baking and I plan on trying some fun recipes soon. Any suggestions?





Anyways, I haven't baked anything with it yet, but I did try a bit and it did taste a lot like honey. It was very sweet, but not too sticky. Overall, pretty good!
