- Get 3 bowls ready, 1 small and 2 large ones. In the small bowl peel bananas, and mash them with a potato masher or fork.
- In the second bowl, put your flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and mix together with a wooden spoon.
- In the third bowl put the sugar, the eggs, oil, and milk and with a hand whip mix together until it is nice and thick, but do not mix with an electric mixer.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. To the flour, add the sugar mixture, and after that, add the bananas. If you're using the chocolate chips, fold in half.
- Fold all the ingredients together, and mix by hand until it is incorporated. Add mixture in a sprayed loaf metal, or glass pan, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Lower oven temperature to 325 degrees F and bake an additional 30 minutes more. Let it cool a little before slicing. In my kitchen, as you can see, it was already cut in half, and it disappeared.
