Get 3 bowls ready, 1 small and 2 large ones. In the small bowl peel bananas, and mash them with a potato masher or fork.
In the second bowl, put your flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and mix together with a wooden spoon.
In the third bowl put the sugar, the eggs, oil, and milk and with a hand whip mix together until it is nice and thick, but do not mix with an electric mixer.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. To the flour, add the sugar mixture, and after that, add the bananas. If you're using the chocolate chips, fold in half.
Fold all the ingredients together, and mix by hand until it is incorporated. Add mixture in a sprayed loaf metal, or glass pan, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Lower oven temperature to 325 degrees F and bake an additional 30 minutes more. Let it cool a little before slicing. In my kitchen, as you can see, it was already cut in half, and it disappeared.
