Kadu(gourd) 1 grated, boiled Yogurt 1½ cups Salt t o taste Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp Garlic paste 1/2 tsp Oil as required Curry leaves 4-5 Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Method
Heat oil curry leaves, cumin and saute for a minute then add the garlic paste and red chili powder saute for a minute or 2 and add the boiled kadu and season with some salt. Cook for afew minutes and remove from heat. Cool before adding the yogurt otherwise the raita will curdle. Garnish with some fresh corriander if desired.
