Kitchen Tips #14

By Ask Ms Recipe (Visit website)

1.) Use a small funnel to separate your eggs. Crack egg over the funnel and   egg white will run through the funnel, not the yolk.

2.) If you’re going to use canned fruit for baking rinse with water and pat dry.

3) I use a potato peeler to peel the stringy part off celery 4.) Have you ever turned a bottle of ketchup over and nothing comes out?  Inserting and removing either a straw or knife in a ketchup bottle will cause  a  vacuum and break loose the clog. Now, pour ketchup as usual.

5.) Running hot water over the lid prior to opening a canned ham will melt the  gelatin and the ham will slide right out.
