Vanilla almond jelly with fruits

Ingredients

Number of serving: 5
25g agar-agar/gelatin strips -soaked in water for about 1/2 hour and drain

30g almond powder

2 cups carton milk

1 tsp Pure Liquid Vanilla Alcohol Free Stevia

1 tsp Pure Liquid Alcohol Free Stevia

To serve with

Fresh or canned fruits ( I used fresh kiwi fruit slices and canned peaches)

Preparation

  • Boil agar-agar strips in 1 1/2 cup water of water until dissolved.
    Drain and into the liquid add almond powder, milk as well as the pure liquid vanilla and pure liquid alcohol.
    Very quickly whisk all together for a smooth consistency.
    Pour into a medium size flat plan.
    Cool down and let it set by placing in the fridge.
    Once chilled, cut the jelly into squares and add the fruits inside.
