Lemon & Garlic Chicken Breast
4 boneless chicken breasts Marinade: Juice of 2 lemons 3 tablespoons vinegar ¼ cup olive oil 5 cloves garlic (crushed and chopped) 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon garlic pepper 1 tablespoon dried thyme Combine all of above ingredients for marinade and mix. Place chicken breasts in marinade and cover. Place chicken in refrigerator for about 2 hours or as long as over night. Remove chicken from refrigerator and place in large heated frying pan for about 8 minutes on each side. Finish cooking chicken on griddle so chicken will become a beautiful golden color.
