Curry leaves grilled salmon

The grilled salmon pieces had a crispy brownish outer layer with flaky soft flesh inside.


Number of serving: 4
530g salmon - cut into medium size pieces

2 sprigs curry leaves - shredded

1 tsp plain chilly powder

salt to taste

2-3 tbsp oil


  • Mix all ingredients except oil into salmon.
    Place in the fridge and let it marinate for at least 4 hours or so.
    Once marinated, heat grill and drizzle oil inside.
    Place salmon pieces on top.
    Grill both sides of the fish until brown and crispy.
    Serve with some salad leaves and lemon wedges.
