Ingredients:
Pasta - 400gms
Sweet Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup
Onion- 1 Medium
Garlic - 5-6 pods
Tomato Paste - 2 tablespoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1teaspoon
Asafoedita / Hing - a pich
Soya Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Oil
Salt to taste

Preparation:
Cook pasta with little salt in a pan of boiling water until soft.
Drain the water and toss pasta with one tbsp of oil and keep it aside.
chop onion in to thin long slices. Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil,saute onion,garlic and corn along with rest of the masalas for 3 minutes.Add tomato paste and saute for one more minute. Now add vinegar, soy sauce, salt and cooked pasta and toss it gently so that the vegetables mix well with the pasta. Serve hot !!
