- Preheat oven to 440°F (230°C). Thoroughly wash and dry the peppers. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the bell pepper(s), spacing them out.
- Bake for 25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes or so.
- When cooked, remove the bell pepper(s) from the oven and cool completely in a sealed freezer bag (about 10 minutes).
- Now you can peel peppers by hand with ease!
