- Wash and dry the peppers. Make two cuts in the skin of the bell pepper and press down a little.
- Place the peppers (slit side up) in a microwave-safe container and cook for 18 minutes at full power, turning halfway through.
- Remove peppers from microwave and place in a freezer bag. Close the bag and allow the peppers to cool completely (approx. 10 minutes).
- Now you can peel peppers easily by hand!
