How to peel pan-fried bell peppers?
What better vegetable to enjoy in summer than the bell pepper? Whether yellow, red or green, during the summer season they represent the colorful, fresh and versatile vegetable par excellence. Preparation
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Wash and dry the peppers. Place them on the hot pan over medium-high heat for about 40 minutes.
- Turn the peppers frequently on all sides, using two forks to avoid burning.
- Once cooked, place the peppers in a freezer bag and leave to cool for around 10-15 minutes. The steam created inside the bag will help peel them more easily.
- When the peppers are cold, peel them with your hands.
- And now your pan-roasted peppers are ready!
