![]() Methi Paneer Masala Recipe & Photo Credit - Gulf News You will need 500 g grated paneer ?(cottage cheese) ?5 g white pepper powder ?50 g fenugreek leaves ?( methi ) 200 g chopped tomato ?20 g chopped garlic ?20 g chopped ginger ?3 green chillies, finely chopped ?5 g dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) ?10 g each, coriander ?and cumin powders ?10 g cream ?50 ml oil ?Salt, to taste ?Melted butter, for garnishing ( optional ) Method Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Add ginger and garlic and sauté until slightly golden. Add tomato, fenugreek, dried fenugreek, coriander and cumin powders. Stir well and let it cook till tomato is soft.
Add paneer and stir well till it is well combined with the masala. Add cream and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with butter and serve hot with chapatis. related searches : Methi
