Mulangi Huli (Radish dal)
Radish ####### ½ kg cut into round pieces. Red gram dal ####### 1cup Sambar powder ####### 2 table spoons. Tamarind water ####### 3-4 table spoons. Turmeric powder ####### ¼ tablespoon. Jaggery ####### Small piece. Salt and little oil. Mustard and Asafetida How to make it: Pressure cook dal and radish. In a kadai take little oil on a low flame. Add mustard and hing. Add tamarind water when it comes to boil, add rasam powder, jaggery, and turmeric powder. After 5 min add the dal and radish which is pressure cooked. Finally add salt and serve hot.
