Mutton nihari
1 kg Mutton pieces 1 liter Stock 1 tsp Ginger paste 2 tbsp Garlic paste 1 cup All purpose flour 2 tbsp Nihari masala 2 Onions Oil as requiredSalt as requiredGinger as requiredCoriander as requiredGreen chilies as requiredLemon as required
Directions Cook the all purpose flour in a flat pan. Heat oil in a large pan and fry the chopped onions till they turn light brown. Now add the ginger paste, garlic paste, and mutton.Cook until the oil forms a separate layer on top. Add the nihari masala and cook for 1-2 minutes on a high flame. Pour in the stock and cook till the meat becomes tender. Stir in the flour mixed in water and cook till the gravy becomes tender.Fry some onion slices in oil until golden brown. Garnish the nihari with it along with the chopped green chilies, chopped coriander and sliced ginger. Squeeze the juice of a lemon and serve. related searches : Mutton
