NASI LEMAK SAMBAL TUMIS IKAN BILIS

Ini menu lunch anak-anak semalam dan setiap kali masak nasi lemak, saya memang masukkan daun pandan, serai yang diketuk, halia dan beberapa biji lada hitam untuk menambahkan lagi aroma & perisa nasi lemak. Lauk untuk nasi lemak pula saya gorengkan ayam dan masak sayur campur memandangkan anak-anak & hubby tidak makan timun. Manakala, sambal nasi lemak kali ini, saya buat sambal tumis ikan bilis dimana ikan bilisnya digoreng terlebih dahulu. Cubalah...sesedap rasa!
