New Recipe ? Clay Pot Mushrooms!

Friend gave me the idea to cook some clay pot mushrooms one day, one thing led to another and within a day I had somehow got hold of all the necessary ingredients and learnt how to cook a pretty darn good version of it. Thought I’d share it! The recipe’s quite flexible and should work alright with most mushrooms and all firm forms of beancurd such as the beancurd sheet rolls that are used but also forms such as deep fried bean balls. It’s really down to the texture that you like. Added in some bean sprouts for some crunchiness – really works and would highly recommend you to do the same if it’s available.
