Classic French palmier cookies
These cute little snacks are so easy to make that you would be able to call yourself a French pastry chef ;)
Preparation

Un roll your pastry sheet, and sprinkle half the sugar on it. Press gently with your hands.

Flip the pastry over and do the same with the other half of the sugar.

Roll the pastry to its half, and to the same with the other side, so they meet in the middle. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Then, cut slices into the pastry, and put on a baking tray.

Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.

There you are, your palmiers are ready!
