Classic french palmier cookies

These cute little snacks are so easy to make that you would be able to call yourself a French pastry chef ;)

- Un roll your pastry sheet, and sprinkle half the sugar on it. Press gently with your hands.
- Flip the pastry over and do the same with the other half of the sugar.
- Roll the pastry to its half, and to the same with the other side, so they meet in the middle. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Then, cut slices into the pastry, and put on a baking tray.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.
- There you are, your palmiers are ready!
