Cut your stale bread into rough pieces. Pour the milk over it, mix, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Blend the soaked bread until there are no more pieces.
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs, and mix well.
Pour into a previously greased baking dish.
Bake your pudding for 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
And there you have it, your bread pudding is ready!
Observations
Add: feel free to add raisins or chocolate chips to make your pudding even more delicious!
