- Cut your stale bread into pieces and put them in a bowl. Pour milk on it and leave to rest during 30 minutes.
- Blend the milk and bread until smooth.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and mix well.
- Pour the batter in a greased mold.
- Bake your pudding during 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your pudding is ready !
Observations
Add some chocolate chips to it to make even better !
