Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
1 cup flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1 cup milk

2 1/2 tablespoons yogurt

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Pam spray

Preparation

  • Heat a griddle on the stove on medium heat.
  • In a bowl whisk all the dry ingredients.
  • In another bowl whisk the egg, yogurt, milk and butter.
  • Mix the milk mixture into the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Ladle onto hot griddle sprayed with Pam by 1/4 cup fuls.
  • Cook until bubbly, flip and cook the other side.
