I really love a good papaya salad and one day decided to boost it to the top of my ‘must-learn’ recipes. Brilliant decision. It’s a wonderful little salad. Completely toys with all your taste buds: It’s sweet, spicy, sour and so much more even every singly mouthful. Best bit of all: It only takes about 10 minutes to put together from start to end!
