Noodles with Mince and Mushroom (?????)

When living in Singapore, one of the noodles dishes I like is noodles with pork mince. There are few versions of this noodles available in Singapore, I like both mince cooked with mushroom in brown sauce, and noodles served with boiled mince and some brown sauce. Some stalls offer other items such as pork balls and liver.Have not found any hawker selling it in Penang yet, or maybe I missed it? In
