This is a very easy recipe for a great tasting dessert.
I made the mousse for a birthday cake I was making. I had lots of the mousse leftover so I decided to put it in a chocolate cups and serve it to my family as a Sunday night dessert.
Let me tell you, they were so happy.

Orange & Chocolate Mousse Cups
You can serve this at your next dinner party. It looks impressive and tastes divine.
I use already made chocolate dessert cup available in most Supermarket.
Orange Mousse:
3/4 cup Orange JuiceOrange Rind from 1 large Orange1/3 cup Sugar1 Tbsp Clear Gelatin (1 package)2 Tsp Triple Sec or Grand Marnier1,5 cup Heavy Whipping CreamIn a pot bring to boil orange juice, orange rind and sugar. Remove from heat.
Dissolve the gelatin according to it's package and add it to the orange mixture. Add the Triple Sec and stir well. Cool it down till it's starts to thicken.
In a large bowl whip the cream until firm. Stir little bit of the whipped cream into the cold orange mixture till well combined. Gently fold in the rest of the whipped cream, cover and chill in the fridge.
Chocolate Mousse:
6 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate (I use Belgium)
2 cups Heavy Whipped CreamIn a large bowl melt the chocolate in a double boiler over a hot (not boiling) water until smooth. Cool it a bit.
In another bowl whip the cream until firm. Add little bit of the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate and mix well till combined. Gently fold in rest of the whipped cream. Cover and chill in the fridge.
When you're ready to serve it just scoop little scoops into the chocolate cups and decorate with fresh fruit.
You can also serve it in a nice Martini glasses with a some fresh strawberries and fresh mint.
This was the Birthday Cake I made the mousse originally for. It didn't turn out looking the way I wanted it, but it tasted great.
