Oreo Cookie Milkshakes

We were up at The Ranch with the fam last weekend, so Mother's Day was all about Beanie, since she is the mother of us all. Today we decided to do a belated Mother's Day for Mom. I made her favorite things; fried chicken, german potato salad, watermelon, etc. and for dessert Mom specially requested oreo cookie milkshakes.



Oreo Cookie Milkshakes



Double Stuffed Oreos

Ice cream

Milk

Whipped cream

Maraschino cherries



Mix some milk with some ice cream until it's creamy. You can use a blender, but I just smash it up with a potato masher.

Crumble in an obscene amount of oreos. Just crumble them with your hands so some are still in pretty big chunks. Mix it up well and then divide into glasses. Top each with whipped cream, an oreo, and a cherry.



 

The weekend at The Ranch was awesome. We played guitar and ate s'mores around the fire, saw double rainbows, went out on the paddleboat on the lake, cuddled with adorable babies, played some serious euchre, ate some awesome food, did a scavenger hunt on the entire property on golf carts which started out friendly, but ended in cheating and betrayal (hey, the winners got twenty bucks). But best of all, we got to spend all weekend with about forty of the greatest people in the world: my amazing family.
