Super gourmet oreo cookies!
You will become addicted to these Oreo cookies! By incorporating crunchy pieces of Oreos cookies into an ultra-soft dough, this recipe offers the perfect balance between crunchy and soft. Perfect for satisfying sweet cravings, these cookies will appeal to everyone, young and old! :-)

Preparation
- In a salad bowl add the softened butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Mix well.
- Then add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix to combine.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix to obtain a compact dough.
- Add the chocolate chips and incorporate them with the wooden spoon.
- Crush a few Oreos into your dough.
- On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, arrange the cookie dough, forming small circles approximately 2 inches (5 cm) in diameter.
- Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven, add small pieces of Oreos on top of the cookies for even more deliciousness.
- Leave to cool down a bit and there you are! Your cookies are ready :-)
Observations
To obtain perfectly round cookies:
As soon as you take them out of the oven, have a glass with a diameter larger than the cookies. Place the glass on the cookies to cover it, and make circles, so that the cookies take the round shape of the glass.
To obtain perfectly decorated cookies:
Add Oreo pieces and a few chocolate chips on top of the cookies when they are fresh out of the oven so that they are placed to perfection :-)
