Ingredients:

- Dry ginger / ginger powder - 2 " piece / 1 teaspoons
- Roasted coriander seeds - 2 teaspoons
- Peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Palm candy to sweeten

Preparation:

Step 1:

Heat water around 2 litres in a big pot.

Step 2:

When it comes to a boil, put in all the ingredients except palm candy.

Step 3:

Let it simmer for 15 minutes.Strain,add palm candy and sip.

Step 4:

The remaining sediment can be used again.

Step 5:

Just pour more water and prepare the kapi in the same method.
