3 stalks Ginger Flower Buds

3 mugs Water

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Ginger Flower Buds Remedy for Arthritis ( 姜花治关节炎 )
    Chop of end of stalk. Peel off any brown areas on stalk, and remove any bruised petals. Rinse.
  • Step 2 - Ginger Flower Buds Remedy for Arthritis ( 姜花治关节炎 )
    Cut stalk into half or about 3 inches, and chop the flower bud into two about 3cm in length.
  • Put the cut Ginger Flower Buds in pot of water and bring to boil. Continue to simmer for about 40 minutes to reduce water to 1 mug.

    Turn off heat and let it cool. Use a strainer to filter the flowers. To avoid wastage, you may wanna squeeze out the extra juices from the residue.

Observations:

When to Drink:
