- Chop of end of stalk. Peel off any brown areas on stalk, and remove any bruised petals. Rinse.
- Cut stalk into half or about 3 inches, and chop the flower bud into two about 3cm in length.
- Put the cut Ginger Flower Buds in pot of water and bring to boil. Continue to simmer for about 40 minutes to reduce water to 1 mug.
- Turn off heat and let it cool. Use a strainer to filter the flowers. To avoid wastage, you may wanna squeeze out the extra juices from the residue.
Observations
When to Drink:
Drink 1 mug 2 to 3 times a day at room temperature after meal.
To see results, try drinking for about 2 weeks.
