Mix flour, Parmesan, hazelnut powder, rosemary and pepper.
Add the cold butter, cut into small pieces, and knead with your fingertips to form the crumble.
Pour the ratatouille into the gratin dish.
Add the crumble on top.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F/180°C. Adjust baking time if necessary.
If you're baking in small individual ramekins: bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Adjust the cooking time if necessary!
