15 cl water
15 cl milk
1 Tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp grated cheddar
1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 packet Cheese Buldak ramen
chives

Pour the milk and water into a pan. Bring to the boil.
Open the noodle packet and place the ramen in the pan.
Turn the noodles over when they start to soften. Use chopsticks to loosen the noodles little by little.
Grab the seasoning packet and pour the powder into the pan. Mix well to incorporate everything.
Then add the hot sauce packet and mix.
BE CAREFUL, add a little, it is better to add a little more after tasting than to add too much.
Now you are aware ;-)
Then add grated mozzarella, grated cheddar and grated parmesan.
Mix well to combine and have creamy pasta.
Serve and sprinkle some fresh chopped chives.
