  • Veggie patties - Preparation step 1Peel the potatoes and cut them into cube. Cook them in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and mash.
  • Veggie patties - Preparation step 2Season with sal, pepper and nutmeg. Add the egg and mix well.
  • Veggie patties - Preparation step 3Grate zucchini, peel carrots and grate. Cook them in a pan with olive oil during 5 minutes. Stir once ina while.
  • Veggie patties - Preparation step 4Add cooked vegetables in the purée and mix well. Add flour and mix.
  • Veggie patties - Preparation step 5Form the patties on a parchment paper. Use a circle if you have one.
  • Veggie patties - Preparation step 6Bake 20 min at 430°F (220°C).
