Struggling to get your kids to eat vegetables? Present them in a different way: as patties! Easy and quick to make, you can serve these soft little cakes alongside a piece of meat or fish. Made with zucchini, carrots, and potatoes, they can even be enjoyed on their own as an appetizer. We bet they'll ask for more ;-)

  • Vegetable patties (easy and quick) - Preparation step 1Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cook them in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Drain and mash.
