Prepare these healthy veggie patties for dinner. The perfect side dish !

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4

1 grated zucchini

2 grated carrots

1 egg

2 Tbsp flour


salt

pepper

nutmeg

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Veggie patties
    Peel the potatoes and cut them into cube. Cook them in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and mash.
  • Step 2 - Veggie patties
    Season with sal, pepper and nutmeg. Add the egg and mix well.
  • Step 3 - Veggie patties
    Grate zucchini, peel carrots and grate. Cook them in a pan with olive oil during 5 minutes. Stir once ina while.
  • Step 4 - Veggie patties
    Add cooked vegetables in the purée and mix well. Add flour and mix.
  • Step 5 - Veggie patties
    Form the patties on a parchment paper. Use a circle if you have one.
  • Step 6 - Veggie patties
    Bake 20 min at 430°F (220°C).
  • Step 7 - Veggie patties
    There you are, your patties are ready !
