Veggie patties
Prepare these healthy veggie patties for dinner. The perfect side dish !

- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cube. Cook them in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and mash.
- Season with sal, pepper and nutmeg. Add the egg and mix well.
- Grate zucchini, peel carrots and grate. Cook them in a pan with olive oil during 5 minutes. Stir once ina while.
- Add cooked vegetables in the purée and mix well. Add flour and mix.
- Form the patties on a parchment paper. Use a circle if you have one.
- Bake 20 min at 430°F (220°C).
- There you are, your patties are ready !
