What's better than a delicious, chilled cocktail for an aperitif? Make the iconic Gin Tonic yourself at home: A refreshing cocktail where the bitterness of quinine combines wonderfully with the acidity of lemon and gin. And to give it even more pep, we add a few lemon peels and peppercorns, obviously to be consumed in moderation :-) Cheers!

FAQ ❓
Can we replace lemon peels in Gin Tonic?
You can definitely make a cucumber version for example. In fact, the cucumber will reduce the bitterness of the tonic to reveal all the aromas of the gin!
Can we replace the tonic drink?
You can replace it with lemonade or lemon soda.
What can be added as decoration to Gin Tonic?
For a fresher note, you can add slices of lemon directly to the cocktail, and add mint leaves for example. You can also replace the pepper with juniper berries.
Can we prepare the Gin and Tonic in advance?
We do not recommend preparing it in advance as it could lose its characteristic fine bubbles.
