Serves 2-3 Ingredients 2 pounds carrots (baby carrots, carrot coins, carrot sticks, etc.) Rosemary Garlic Powder Onion Powder 2 TBSP Olive Oil Parmesan Cheese (optional) Directions 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees 2. Place carrots in large glass baking/casserole dish 3. Pour olive oil over carrots. Sprinkle rosemary, garlic powder, and onion powder over carrots. 4.
