Panini Press!

My mom just bought me a panini press last week. I made grilled cheese for the boys last night on it and it got me thinking...



What if I added Daiya cheese, Udi's bread and bacon? Delicious. I stuck the frozen slices of bread on the panini press added the bacon, a half of a handful of shredded daiya cheese and let it melt and toast. Such a yummy lunch I think I might make a second sandwich.
