You'll love these little indian breads stuffed with cheese ! Stuff them with butter chicken and rice ! ;-)

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
1.5 cups flour

1/2 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 oz dry yeast

1 Tbsp oil

4 oz yogurt

1/4 cup water

8 laughing cow cheeses

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Cheese naans
    Put all the ingredients except the laughing cow cheese in a bowl and mix it all.
  • Step 2 - Cheese naans
    Knead the dough with your hands and form a ball. Leave to rest during 3 hours at room temperature.
  • Step 3 - Cheese naans
    Put the laughing cow cheeses in a bowl and stir well to form a cream.
  • Step 4 - Cheese naans
    Put the dough on a floured surface and divide it into 4 doughs.
  • Step 5 - Cheese naans
    Spread the dough forming a circle. Spread about 1 tbsp cheese in the center.
  • Step 6 - Cheese naans
    Fold the borders on the cheese and press the dough to seal it.
  • Step 7 - Cheese naans
    Spread the dough with your hands to form a circle and put it on a baking tray.
  • Step 8 - Cheese naans
    Bake the cheese naans during 8 min at 450°F (230°C).
  • Step 9 - Cheese naans
    There you are! Your cheese naans are ready !
