Pineapple-Avocado Salsa
Sweet, gorgeous and tasty. These three adjectives are my personal definition for pineapples. And one of the good things about this time of the year is their availability. So I better envoy it! Last night, tuna was on the menu for dinner. I also had some avocados and one pineapple on the counter waiting for me to be eaten. So I thought: a pineapple-avocado salsa will be good with tuna, no? It indeed was good with tuna! In fact, it brought to it some tropical flavors, which were comforting after a cold day. Ingredients 2 avocados; peeled, pitted and chopped 250 mL of pineapple, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1/4 red onion zest of 1 lime juice of one lime salt to taste Instructions 1. Combine everything together. I think it is easy to be creative with this recipe.
