Pisang Goreng Renyah

Setiap mau posting selalu aja ada alasannya sibuk lah, ini lah itu lah padahal cuma satu alasannya " malas " ya akhir2 ini bawaannya males mulu males masak, malas posting dll. Tapi ya sekarang di sempetin deh untuk posting biar blognya ga sepi.

Kemaren pengen banget makan pisang goreng kan kalo di indo enak tuh tinggal beli aja skrg disini harus bikin sendiri, untungnya pisgor ini gampang bngt. Silahkan nyicipin kalo mau....

Pisang Goreng Renyah


Bahan :

- 2 pisang tanduk, potong sesuai selera
- 200 gr terigu
- 100 gr tepung beras
- 1 sdt vanilla
- gula tepung secukupnya
- 300 ml air , sesuai kekentalan adonan
- 3 sdm margarin
- 2 sdm wijen
- 1/4 sdt garam
- Minyak untuk menggoreng

Directions:
1. Campur terigu, tepung beras dan mentega lalu aduk aduk sampai rata.
2. Tambahkan vanila dan tuang air sedikit sedikit sambil diaduk aduk, masukan gula tepung dan garam aduk rata
3. Masukkan wijen aduk lagi.. sampai adonan tercampur rata.
4. Masukkan pisang kedalam adonan satu persatu lalu goreng dalam minyak banyak dan panas. Goreng sampai kekuningan, angkat dan tiriskan.
5.Sajikan.
