Raw Mango Rice
Ingredients: Raw Mango - 1 no (grated) Green chillies - 2 nos (finely chopped) Cooked Rice - 1 bowl Salt to taste Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp Method: 1) Heat oil in pan, add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds, after spluttering, add the grated raw mango and green chillies. 2) Saute them for few minutes, add salt and saute for another 5 minutes. Now add the cooked rice, stir well for 2-3 minutes. Serve Hot. related searches : Raw
