- 1 ice cream container

Dissolve the cornstarch in the water, then pour the mixture into a saucepan with the sugar and cream.
Mix everything and place over medium heat to bring the mixture to a boil while whisking. Once boiling, let it thicken for about 3 minutes over low heat while stirring. Remove from heat and let cool.
Squeeze the lime and cut the mango into small pieces. Blend everything to obtain a puree.
Mix the puree with the creamy mixture and pour it all into an ice cream container. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
Remove the container from the freezer, blend the ice cream to smooth the texture. Return to the freezer in the closed container for 1 night.
It's ready! Grate some lime zest on top or sprinkle with coconut!
