Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
250 gr mango

Juice of 1 lime

10 gr corn flour

15 ml water

20 cl cream

120 gr sugar

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Mango ice cream
    Mix the corn flour with the water and pour this mix into a pan with sugar and cream and stir well.
  • Step 2 - Mango ice cream
    Let it boil while stiring. Thicken it during 3 min over a low heat. Leave to cool down.
  • Step 3 - Mango ice cream
    Blend the mango with the lime juice.
  • Step 4 - Mango ice cream
    Add the mango purée to the cream and pour it all in a ice cream mold. Put in the freezer for 3 hours.
  • Step 5 - Mango ice cream
    Blend the ice cream to smooth it. Put it 1 night in the freezer.
  • Step 6 - Mango ice cream
    That's it!
