- Mix the corn flour with the water and pour this mix into a pan with sugar and cream and stir well.
- Let it boil while stiring. Thicken it during 3 min over a low heat. Leave to cool down.
- Blend the mango with the lime juice.
- Add the mango purée to the cream and pour it all in a ice cream mold. Put in the freezer for 3 hours.
- Blend the ice cream to smooth it. Put it 1 night in the freezer.
- That's it!
