Sabudana and Spinach Vada
Ingredients: Spinach - 100 gm, washed, drained and finely chopped Sabudana (Sago) - 1 Cup Singhara (Water chestnut) Flour - 1 cup Potatoes - 3 medium sized , boiled and mashed Ginger - 1 tbsp, finely chopped Green Chilli - 1, finely chopped Red Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Oil to deep fry Method: Wash the Sabudana. Drain and set aside for an hour.Mix together rest of the ingredients with Sabudana to form a stiff mixture. (Make sure the potatoes have cooled down).Make round patties from this mixture.Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry the patties till golden brown.
