Mathulam Pazham Chutney(Pomegranate Chutney)
Preparation

Cut the Pomegranate and take out the pulp alone in a plate and keep aside.

Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan. Fry the red chilli,tomatoes,onion into it. Grind this mixture in mixie by adding salt into it.

Dont add water because the tomatoes itself have enough water to grind.

Finely add the pomegranate pulp into the mixie and grind it also.

Meanwhile prepare the seasonings also in the same pan add 3 tsp oil and heat it.

Once the oil get heated add the mustard seeds wait until splutter. Add the curry leaves and green chilli,fry it for a while.

Add the grinded mixture in the pan,let it cook for 2 min. Finally replace it in a bowl.
