Ingredients

• . Urad Dhal - 1/2 Cup
• . Channa Dhal - 1/4 Cup
• . Horsegram (Kollu) - 1/4 Cup
• . Curry Leaf - 8 (washed and dried)
• . Black Sesame Seeds - 1/2 tablespoon
• . White(washed) Sesame Seeds - 1/2 tablespoon
• . Asafoetida - 1 teaspoon
• . Red Chilly - 10 or adjust to your taste
• . Salt - Needed Qty

Preparation

• Dry roast all the ingredients separately. (Take care while dry roasting.
• Do it in medium flame).
• Transfer to a small mixer container.
• Add salt to the contents. Coarsely powder the contents.
• Serve with Idly and Dosa.
