- Roughly cut the garlic & chillies.
- Heat the oil in tava/ griddle.
- Add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add garlic and saute till its takes nice light brown colour. Sauteed Garlic and Green Chillies.
- Add green chilies and saute for another 2-3 minutess (note the time). Add salt and mix well.
- Turn off heat and transfer to a blender. Let it cool & blend just for a while. Make sure not to make it to a paste. Step 6: Serve with Bhakri (Bajra Roti).
- Served with Bhakri.
