Mirchi thecha/ mirchi kharda/ green chilli chutney

- 8-10 green chillies
- 1 big garlic pod
-1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt as per taste
- 1 1/2 tbspn oil


Step 1

Roughly cut the garlic & chillies.

Step 2

Heat the oil in tava/ griddle.

Step 3

Add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add garlic and saute till its takes nice light brown colour. Sauteed Garlic and Green Chillies.

Step 4

Add green chilies and saute for another 2-3 minutess (note the time). Add salt and mix well.

Step 5

Turn off heat and transfer to a blender. Let it cool & blend just for a while. Make sure not to make it to a paste. Step 6: Serve with Bhakri (Bajra Roti).

Step 6

Served with Bhakri.
