- Soak sabudana for a minimum of 1 1/2hr. Drain and keep aside.
- Add boiled and mashed potato, coarsely powdered peanuts, chopped coriander, roasted cumin powder, chopped green chilli , salt to taste, ginger and mix it well.
- Make a small ball and flatten it in your palm and deep fry in batches till golden in colour. Serve with green chutney.
- Make a smooth paste of above ingredients in a mixer with water. Transfer this chutney to another bowl. Serve with Sabudana Vada.
